Shane came out and diagnosed the problem. Ray and Dan came back a week later and installed the faulty furnace parts. They were all professional, transparent and tidy. Thanks for keeping our furnace running.

Update! This winter gave my water pipes a beating, 2 broken, major rush of water into the basement. On a Saturday, manager arrived and plumber within a half hour. Both pipes fixed and new spigot installed. Excellent job! I can't recommend this company highly enough. Also provided important info re need for water removal and electrical grounding.
