Terrible service and a waste of my time. Was not informed for the most basic things to make sure I could be seen, was waiting for 10mins with no-one even attending to me, one reception on the phone the whole time and the other popping in and out getting herself food and hydration for herself, did not ask if I wanted any or even to check me in. Two other women came in after me and they where also not attended to in anyway. Will not be going here for any laser or thread vein treatment as super unprofessional, and like a lot of places when they get busy they loose their standards or basic care for clients.
I’ve been a Bodyvie client for over 8 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team are professional, friendly, and always make me feel at ease. Every treatment I’ve had has been tailored to me.
