Agata, Federica and Silvina at Boccadutri did an amazing job helping my father, and my 2 sons claim Italian Citizenship in the scenario where my Italian Grandmother lost her Italian citizenship by marrying a British citizen in 1947. It was a very complex process spanning 5 years start to finish. They guided us through all the document requirements, and helped overcome hurdles when we found old birth certificates to include spelling errors that had to be corrected via a court case, and when we were forced to show that we had tried to apply via the Italian Consulate n the UK. Finally we filed our papers in 2023 and won the course case. Thankyou again for all your hard work!

Nearly five years ago I approached Boccadutri for help with my quest for dual Italian nationality for myself and my young adult children. It was not a straight-forward situation at all … the application was based upon my grandmother’s birthright and many obscure documents needed to be discovered, often from the distant past. However, the lawyers and advisors at Boccadutri have been unfailingly persistent on our behalf … and finally, successful! I paid the initial fee upfront five years ago and really I believe I have had incredible value for money: my emails are always answered with patience and friendliness and Boccadutri never gave up on us despite the complicated situation.
