Don't waste your time with online ordering. I purchased an item 27 November. They took the payment. I chased this up on 20 December only to be told item wasn't available.
Whilst they processed a refund I'm left with no item 3 days before Christmas.
Pretty poor. Won't be buying anything again from them.
Once a reliable source, however I was recently refunded for a purchase without any explanation as to why. Upon enquiry, I was told they are unable to complete my order, and no assistance was offered to help me find this particular book.
I was upset that I did not receive my copy after payment.. "money tendered for a service rendered" as the saying goes. I would have been less bitter without the dissappointment factor, maybe don't take my money if you cannot fill the order.
Regardless, I will shop elsewhere in future.
