I found BN drainage from googling different drainage specialists in the Beckenham area as my partner and I are purchasing a house in Beckenham. Dan answered all our enquiries promptly and with good detail. He even sent us an example report so we could see what we would be getting for our own survey. Our survey came back within 1 working day which is super fast. The detail and photos show the drainage systems to be in strong working condition, giving us peace of mind for our purchase. Please support small local businesses - from our experience they far exceed bigger corporations in terms of personalised, no-nonsense customer service and value for money. We can't thank BN Drainage enough for coming out late to unblock multiple toilets in the clubhouse at Dulwich Hamlet FC after a midweek match. Great communication the whole time onsite and advice on what we need to do to try and avoid this happening in the future. Cheers.

BN Drainage replied to my email enquiry within the hour (even on a Sunday) and attended to the drain blockage within 24 hours. The engineer was prompt, polite and efficient, and the not-insubstantial blockage was cleared in 90 minutes. I would certainly recommend BN Drainage - Dan and his team - and would not hesitate to use them again in future.

I noticed around lunchtime that our kitchen drain was backed up. Dropped BN a line with photos and Daniel got back very quickly with a quote. Later that afternoon Peter turned up and cleared the blockage quickly with no fuss. The invoice and report came with photos of the work done. Very pleased with the service and will call again with any future problems.
