I've been using Grosvenor BMW Specialist for the past few years, and I must say that they are professional in every aspect. They always explain and fix any issues, their customer service and their willingness to help.

Grosvenor took my son’s car in to identify the faults for a warranty claim. They were brilliant, communicated well, and explained the issues thoroughly. I honestly couldn’t fault them. One of the kindest and most genuine garages I have ever visited and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Great for servicing, good for repairs.
I would recommend this garage for servicing your BMW. I recently went to Grosvenor for the third time and every time the services were carried out well, on time and the communication about required or upcoming repairs was spot on too. Something I also appreciated is that they give your car a quick clean before handing it back to you. Nothing major, but it's definitely a nice touch, especially for an indepenent garage.
Regarding repairs, my experience is as follows:
2024: had the brake pipes done on three corners, the droplinks replaced
and a wheel alignment done as I was told this was required after a droplink replacement. This work with a service and MOT was well over £1k. Before the work was carried out, I happened to be close and dropped by to have a look at the car. The mechanic (forgot his name unfortunately) then took 5 minutes out of his day to fully explain and show what needed to be done. That alone, to me, is +10 points.
2025: My car needed new droplinks again, a new front brake caliper and a new tyre (had a deep cut) to pass the MOT, and had advisories on the front tyres due to uneven wear caused by failing tension struts. Grosvenor agreed to replace the droplinks under warranty. To pass the MOT, that is for a new tyre and a new brake caliper, I was quoted just under £1k plus VAT. The brake caliper replacement alone being quoted at £680 plus VAT.
Since the car in question is a simple e87 1-series, a quick google search confirmed that an OEM BMW front caliper is a sub £100 part and a caliper replacement + bleeding is nominally a 1-2 hour job. Contrary to the year before, I decided to not have the work carried out by Grosvenor and got both front calipers (OEM), both tension struts (OEM) and two new tyres (same Michelin PS5s) for just over half of what Grosvenor quoted for the single caliper and tyre.
Furthermore, while I very much appreciated that Grosvenor agreed to replace the droplinks under warranty, it struck me that a wheel alignment was suddenly no longer required after a droplink replacment. This actually makes sense to me as I don't see how the suspension geometry can be affected by a droplink replacement. I just wonder happened the year before. This obviously could very well have been an honest mistake or miscommunication, so not implying any foul play here.
To conclude, all work that I have had carried out by Grosvenor has been done well, on time and with full transparancy. Based on this I would recommend this garage, both for servicing and repairs. I'd just recommend to keep your eyes open with the latter. I understand it's a business, and that the communication efforts and valets need to be paid for as well, but some of the pricing just seemd a bit steep.

Took my car for a service recently. I came out with a list of 5/6 items that needed urgent attention one of which is a tyre, windscreen wash filter and new tyre which is fine. I asked them to itemise the bill with costs etc to complete the work which I have not had.
I took the car to an independent mechanic to get a second opinion and they said there was nothing wrong with my suspension. I can’t help but think they seen me as a woman who doesn’t know about cars to just say yes to the work, so glad I didn’t. I won’t be back, I have lost all trust.

Took our car in to grosvenors last week after calling them they were able to get me in the next day and sort the exhaust as the old one had rotted through. Super friendly staff and left with more money in my pocket than I thought I would. LovEly clean garage and staff that take care of their customers. Couldn't ask for a better service. Thank you

Great experience, contacted to replace a stolen rear badge, got booked in for 48 hours time. Badge replacement looks fab and had it done for a great price - definitely my go to for any future BMW issues

Took my Toyota Yaris for it's MOT for the 1st time today (garage now does MOT's on ALL cars as well as BMW's now).
I was greeted in a friendly manner, was straight to the point and even managed to completely MOT my car in less than half a day. Not only this, but I was charged fairly, had a handy three page document which helped me fully understand how they tested my car and the results that came off the back of their tests, and the staff are friendly, straight to the point and very helpful. No complaints (even had a wireless charging port for my phone to charge whilst I waited, which was a nice touch 😊👍
