I'd spoken to a couple of mortgage brokers prior to being introduced to Andrew at Blue Rose Financial and I was feeling deflated. Andrew put me at ease from the off. He listens to your needs and, due to needing a mortgage provider who leant to SMSF customers, he needed to look outside his existing pool of lenders. Andrew found me a great solution but that's not why he stands out. His calm, attentive support throughout the process, all the way through to settlement, kept my nerves in check purchasing my first investment property. I definitely couldn't have done it without him.
