This is the third time they’ve cleaned my house. Another Great job. Vinyl siding was really dirty, I was so pleased when they left at how clean it was. Associates were polite and respectful, from the scheduling office to the on site supervisor. Will continue to use this service.

I am so glad I chose Blue Ridge Exterior Cleaning! There are many "companies" out there that offer pressure washing services but I chose to go with the professionals. My house looks so fresh and clean and my windows just sparkle! In addition to soft washing the vinyl siding, I also had my windows (outside only), screen, doors, chimney, front stoop and sidewalk cleaned. Brett's team was friendly, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had about the process. The price of the entire job was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend their services!

I scheduled an appointment for a gutter cleaning. Waited hours for them but they never showed up. No call, nothing. Extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Your job was never scheduled!
We have contacted you many times to try and get the gutters cleaned. We have called and when there was no response, we emailed you. It could be 24 hours or more before we hear from you. You have told us you have to be home and it can only on a certain day. That makes scheduling very difficult since we cannot drive one half hour to your home without others close by.
You were contacted but yet again and it took over 24 hours for you to respond. We had to fill up our schedule so we filled your spot since we didn't hear from you. Once you responded you were told the schedule was full, " Unfortunately our schedule has already been finalized. I will do my best to see when we can accommodate in the future." Your job was never scheduled, you never recieved an automated email to let you know.

The crew arrived 5 minutes before scheduled time, very professional, polite. They helped me move the plants away from the walls of the house, and moved them back after they were done. They explained the process in details, answered all of my questions. They did a great job, were professional and respectful. Highly recommended!!! My house looks amaizing after their job!
