Blue Heron originally came out and installed a pH neutralizer and water softener system at my home about 6 months ago, they did a great job, and the system has been working flawlessly since. Today I had them come back out to install a UV treatment system and sediment filter. Jason was great, took the time to answer all my questions, spent time with me to ensure the installation locations were acceptable, and did a quality installation job - clean and quick. I highly recommend Blue Heron for all your water treatment needs!
Update: Had a well pump failure upon waking up one morning. Tommy was on-site by 9:30a diagnosing the issue and had the new pump system installed by lunch. The workmanship was top notch while the cost was reasonable. Even in a emergency situation, these guys rock.

I had the most extraordinary and amazing experience with Blue Heron today. I called with a pinhole leak in the tank T of my very old water well pressure tank. The owners delivered on a promise for a visit the same afternoon. Ryan arrived and gave me two very sensible and cost effective options. I decided to replace the tank-estimated at 30 years old-and I have never been happier. He even took the trouble to check the water pressure upstairs before he left! I only regret I cannot rate Blue Heron 10/5. Kudos for a job extremely well done.

We had a new water softener installed in our home. Previously we did not have a water softener. Blue Heron had a very reasonable price for the new installation. They were able to install it in a few hours. We had a great experience with Blue Heron and would recommend others consider them as well.

Tommy and Blue Heron have been very easy to work with. We are new to owning a house with a well but they have worked with us to install the appropriate treatment systems. After the initial install (softener and carbon treatment) we had a smell of rotten eggs which required an additional system which Tommy and his partner just installed. So far so good as the smell seems to have gone away. Tommy answered all my questions and gave me detailed instructions on what to do next.

Blue Heron did a UV install on short notice at great price, I'm very happy. The tech (TL) was very nice, shared a lot of knowledge with me, and picked a piece of trash up from my yard on the way to his truck! Thanks!

We had a garbage water softener system that had stopped working. Jason showed up from Blue Heron, assessed the situation, explained the situation to me clearly and then came up with a reasonably priced solution. He was wonderful to work with from arrival through installation of the new system. Would love to work with Jason and Blue Heron again.

Blue Heron installed a new well pump, constant pressure system, UV light for germs, and a new water softener system. They have been great to work with and have answered our questions since the system was installed last summer (2024). Quality workmanship.
