We had a fantastic experience building our pool and spa with Blue Haven Pools, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the very beginning, Jake Little did an outstanding job on the design. He really listened to what we wanted and helped bring our vision to life in a way that exceeded expectations. Jeff McMicheal, our project manager, was excellent throughout the entire process—professional, responsive, and always keeping us informed on what to expect next. Communication was strong from start to finish, which made a big difference for us. The project planning app they use was especially helpful—it kept everything organized, transparent, and easy to track along the way. The final result is exactly what we were hoping for. Our pool and spa combo looks amazing, and the quality of the work really shows. Big thanks as well to the entire team at the Greenville, SC office for making this such a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend Blue Haven Pools to anyone considering a pool project!

Overall, our experience with blue haven was very positive, and we are extremely happy with how the pool turned out. There were a few minor challenges along the way, mostly around planning and communication. Our sales rep, Apryl, was very engaged and responsive at the beginning of the process. However, once the contract was signed, communication from her became inconsistent at times. Fortunately, the district manager stepped in and provided excellent support whenever we had questions or concerns. In the end, despite the communication hiccups, the overall experience was great- and we are very pleased with the final result.

These guys were absolutely top notch! Terry was my sales person, he did a great job of coming out and showing us what we could get. Pat with our project manager. He stayed in communication to ensure the pool with moving along and we were getting exactly what we wanted. He was phenomenal!

Working with Blue Haven Pools of Greenville SC was a great experience, from the design to the construction! The individuals we worked with, Terry in sales, Jeff as the project manager and all the others were professional, courteous, and committed to building the pool of our dreams. Jeff especially was very easy to work with and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the process. I loved the web app that showed scheduled items and provided up to date information on a day to day basis. Project was completed pretty much on time and within our original budget, with slight variation mainly due to our selection changes. Great job by all involved! Blue haven has been an outstanding company to work with from the free design quote up front all the way to the finished product. In particular, our project manager Jeff has been a Rockstar throughout the entire process. We have nothing but praise for the man and his work ethic. The whole team has been courteous, professional, and accommodating for the entire scope of our custom pool project. Any hiccup that has come up has been dealt with in a timely manner and when we ran into issues with the fitting of a pre-molded waterfall that was ordered, Jeff and management offered multiple solutions to make sure they do right by us as the customers. For as large of a project as we had, I've been very happy with the overall attentiveness, speed, and quality that Blue Haven pools has provided. I'd recommend Blue Haven to anybody looking at the idea of in-ground gunite pool
