From start to finish, Blue Haven Pools exceeded every expectation we had.
After we reached out to Blue Haven, Matt was the first person we met. The moment he walked through our door, my wife and I knew we were going to buy a pool from him. His laid-back, no-pressure approach was refreshing. He wasn’t there to “make a sale” - he was there to make sure we got the right pool for our family. He took the time to understand what features would give us the best value (like the tanning shelf, scupper, and volleyball sleeves) and which might be expensive relative to how much we’d use them (like a slide or a grotto). He helped us navigate those options and come to the right decision for our family. When we asked for a day to think about it, there was zero pressure - just genuine interest in making sure we made the right choice.
When we called back to say we wanted to move forward, Matt hopped on a FaceTime call and walked us through every step of the design process. He continued giving thoughtful, money-smart advice, even offering to coordinate with our patio contractor if needed. An absolute professional and class act.
Then we met Brad, who was our builder, and where to begin? He was clear, concise, proactive, and courteous, visiting our site nearly every day. He anticipated questions before I even asked them, held his crews to the highest standards of craftsmanship and organization, and always responded promptly to my (many) questions. His contractors were kind, respectful, and went out of their way to protect our yard so our kids could still play each evening - even taking harder routes with their equipment to avoid leaving tracks in the middle of the grass.
On top of all that, Brad arranged for flash Gunnite (something I’d asked Matt about out of curiosity but not him) just to give me extra peace of mind, and it wasn’t even in the contract. That spoke volumes about the pride they take in their work.
These two made the entire process seamless, professional, and enjoyable. They finished ahead of schedule with zero issues. The result? A gorgeous, perfectly built pool that our family is already enjoying every single day.
Bottom line: If you want a pool builder who listens, gives honest advice, and delivers flawless craftsmanship, choose Blue Haven.

We recently built our pool with Blue Haven. From the sales interview we knew this was a good choice - Matt did a great job working with our specifications and endless changes. Our project site manager Sandy was always available, responsive and we were reassured of any concerns we had (mainly due to changes we kept making to our plan!). Certainly not typical but we were blown away by the 4 week resulting timeline from start to finish. All the crews were efficient, well trained and performed their craft well. Our pool startup and “pool school” was expertly conducted by Jerry from Sapphire Pools and that was a perfect capstone to the build experience. I have already recommended this team twice in the last week - and certainly they all deserve a google review!

I have nothing but great things to say about Blue Haven Pools. I received quotes from 6 different pool companies and after working with Jeff Taylor, I decided to go with Blue Haven. Jeff was patient and helped me design the pool of my dreams for the best price. Brad, the project manager had regular communication with me and responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. All the build teams were efficient and respectful and clearly knew what they were doing. Reyna helped me pick the perfect tile and coping to really make it all come together beautifully. Once built, Jerry came by to teach me how to maintain my new pool. The entire team was friendly, helpful and understanding. I highly recommend Blue Haven Pools.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Blue Haven Pools in Richmond, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! The sales and design team, Kevin & Dustin, were absolutely wonderful, coming up with a unique design that we would never have thought of but now absolutely love. They made perfect use of our entire space and even included a huge tanning ledge that has become my daughter's favorite spot to play! 🌞
Our project manager, Jimmy, was amazing throughout the entire process. He made the construction as seamless as possible, which is impressive given that our pool was completed in just 8 weeks — even with a hurricane in the middle of the build! Jimmy was incredibly responsive, helping us through each step of the construction phase and even beyond. The Richmond team was so patient and helpful during the material selection process, ensuring we were happy with every choice.
I can't recommend Blue Haven Pools enough! It feels surreal to be swimming in such a beautiful pool, and we are so grateful for the fantastic team that made this dream come true! 🏊♂️💙

My experience with blue haven has been wonderful!
Matt (pool design/sales) was very patient and never pressured me as I too my time deciding to get the pool.
Brad (contractor) has been available to answer any question I had in a timely manner.
The I’m office people were helpful in tracing down the finishes I dad my hear set on and very patient while I stressed over the selection process.
And in the last phase Jerry (pool school) has been supper kind as well.
All in all I have been impressed with the company and its employees.
Great experience and I can’t wait to get in my new pool!

Jerry was fantastic he gave me all the information I needed to manage my pool and took time to educate me to best make my equipment run at its highest level for years. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.
