Everyone at Blue Haven Pools was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. From start to finish, they listened to whatever questions and concerns I had and addressed all in a timely manner. A special shout out to Starr and Geoff, who were both absolutely amazing! A big project like building a pool is bound to have a little of this and that but Starr, Geoff and everybody at Blue Haven Pools was on my side and acted as my team. They were patient and kind. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and everything I could’ve hoped for! I highly recommend using Blue Haven Pools.
Overall we had a good experience with this company. The pool was designed awesome. Art was AMAZING !! I would recommend him. dealt with the superintendent and had some pushback initially but ended up compromising and getting a desired outcome. Everything went smooth but I finally got hit with "that's not our responsibility" when the grading/leveling of the leftover dirt was more than when we started the project. That is the reason for the lower rating for the Superintendent. One other reason not a 5 star experience, is because when you get to the 1st day of demolition, that's when you get hit with a checklist/signed agreement that states the "homeowner" is responsible to basically put your backyard back together at your own cost. So they dug holes and channels all in the dirt to put the piping and electrical. Well they ripped out the already installed turf and removed all the decorative rock and pavers to do so, after the pool is built, that's on you to put back together. It won't be done by the pool company. I should have asked this question way ahead of time and worked something out. That partially on me for not asking and not understanding. In the end I did get some aide/compensation for being burdened as such. One other reason for the lower rating is they installed a "cool deck" with a textured finish, well 1-2 weeks after application it stained from rain and weather. It had dozens of nicks and gouges from walking, placing down common tools, using a stepladder etc. and now I can't get a proper sealant and have to deal with calling the company out every month for warranty work and that's a 2-3 days cure time which interferes with swim time/fun time. I asked for a sealant job from the pool company and was denied. So I have to deal with an inferior product with unknown longevity.
We purchased our pool thru Blue Haven in 2015, ten years later we had an issue with the plaster failing in one area. Starr was amazing, she coordinated all of the repairs. Her communication was wonderful, consistently following up to ensure that the repairs were done properly and completely. She is so professional and personable. I recommend Blue Haven Pools due to their customer service and amazing after purchase support. Thank you, Starr!

The service provided by Blue Haven Pools was outstanding from the scheduling to the repair. We had an issue with our spa heater. The professionalism provided from the entire team was fantastic. We expected to have an issue but when we called they were courteous and responsive. The technician quickly identified the problem and was able to repair it on the first visit. He also found other problems that we were unaware of and took care of that as well. Overall we are completely satisfied with the communication from the coordinator and the service technician.
We recently had Blue Haven install an in-ground pool for us. The entire experience was excellent. From sales through construction, to getting us up and running, all the folks at Blue Haven (Art, Jason, Starr, Richard) were amazing. Every step of the process was explained well and communication was excellent.
The contractors were top notch and paid attention to detail and did great work. We couldn't be happier with our pool.

Problems...what big project doesn't have them...each one taken care of professionally and to my satisfaction. The end state is divine and we are satisfied. The staff at Blue Haven through all stages of the project we very responsive - sales, project admin, project manager and workers. We were kept informed at every stage. If I texted a question, I received a reply immediately. The project kept on schedule and the communication throughout was outstanding.

Blue Haven just finished our pool. The construction went well and was completed in about 3 months. The contractors were very skilled in pool construction and explained the work they were doing. Over all the project went well and we are pleased with the results. Just waiting for good hot summer to enjoy the shimmering waters.
Blue Haven Pool was the best pool company we’ve chosen to plan to build our pool rather then the rest of four pool companies we contacted from the beginning. Casey (our sales guy) and staff Starr, Melissa, Jason, Richard, and all construction crew team worked at their finest during the whole process in every phase, and communicated with us almost daily. And if I had a question or concerns, they responded back rapidly. You guys are all so pleasurable individuals to work with, and very reliable too.
