My first half of my new pool is completed, Melissa with Blue Heaven Pools always updated me and everything went smoothly. I am very excited to see how the completion goes.

This is a great company, and every employee is very nice。

The staff at Blue Haven through all stages of the project we very responsive - sales, project admin, project manager and workers. We were kept informed at every stage. If I texted a question, I received a reply immediately. The project kept on schedule and the communication throughout was outstanding.

New build- must have a new pool! We did good with choosing Blue Haven Pools. Melissa, Starr, Geoff, Jason were excellent to work with. Their knowledge is equal to their professionalism. Our trust only grew as the project progressed. Our backyard area is beautiful (we worked with their referrals for landscaping, patio covers and all were top notch!) Communication was clear and constant. Thank you all at Blue Haven Pools for making our vision gorgeous and real!

Blue Haven just finished our pool. The construction went well and was completed in about 3 months. The contractors were very skilled in pool construction and explained the work they were doing. Over all the project went well and we are pleased with the results. Just waiting for good hot summer to enjoy the shimmering waters.

Blue Haven Pool was the best pool company we’ve chosen to plan to build our pool rather then the rest of four pool companies we contacted from the beginning. Casey (our sales guy) and staff Starr, Melissa, Jason, Richard, and all construction crew team worked at their finest during the whole process in every phase, and communicated with us almost daily. And if I had a question or concerns, they responded back rapidly. You guys are all so pleasurable individuals to work with, and very reliable too. Our experience with Blue Haven Pool highly successfully exceeded our expectations. I recommend to use Blue Haven Pool 💯. I had and amazing experience with Blue Haven Pools. From Nigel my sales rep to Melissa & Starr contractor coordinators. They are very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Never once made me feel like I was interrupting them for any questions that I had. If I was confused on something they would walk me through it and help me understand. I'm so happy with the outcome of my pool. It's so pretty and very relaxing to listen to the water features I added to my pool. Now I just have to wait for warmer weather to swim in this amazing pool of mine. Can't forget Richard, he helped us set up the equipment at the end and explained how to run everything. You guys ROCK I will definitely recommend Blue Haven Pools.

Nigel (senior pool designer) helped me built my dream pool. He was very patience, helpful, very nice, and professional. Melissa, Starr and Richard were all very helpful with any concerns and questions I had during the process of building my pool. Im glad i chose this pool company because It was a great and stress free experience and their communication with me was excellent.

We love our Blue Haven pool. Our Senior Designer, Nigel Fay, actively listened to my husband’s and my ideas for our perfect pool. Nigel gave us wonderful advice and incorporated our ideas into a perfect design. Each process was thoroughly explained and executed. Blue Haven supplied us with a step-by-step guide to help us understand each step in the process. Each team reached out to give us a day-to-day updates and what to expect next. Mellissa and Starr were very pleasant and friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. Jason and Richard were both very friendly and helpful through the process. My husband and I are thrilled with our pool and highly recommend Blue Haven Pools.

Casey, Starr, and Richard are absolute superstars! Construction was slowed down a little due to the heat but you all really powered through to the end! Casey was amazing at helping me select a design. Starr was with me every step of the way to answer any questions regarding the process. Richard was there to answer any questions I had in the operations and upkeep of the pool as well as start up maintenance. A Brother in Arms, that Marine kept this Navy Chief with a piece of mind while I was on the road during the final days of filling the pool and was there to keep me informed. You guys are awesome! 5/5 Stars!

We have had a pool built in the past, this experience was much different. They showed up when they said they would. They resolved any issues along the way we had along with keeping the original timeline. I will recommend Blue Haven to anyone.

I enjoyed working with Blue Haven on my new pool and now have a beautiful pool as a result. Their sales and service team was great, communicating really well through all phases of my project. Highly recommend them!

We had Geoff come out and take some measurements on our home and we immediately took a liking to him. He was very professional, kind, knowledgeable. What we loved most about him is he really took the time to get to know our wants and desires and he treated us like we were the only client he had and really cared. After getting the quote we asked lots of questions and Geoff was so patient with us and answered everything with a great attitude and promptly, We ended up going with another company but the choice was so hard because of how amazing Geoff was as well as his design. All this to say, if you’re look for an amazing pool designer, don’t hesitate to contact Geoff!

From start to finish this was an awesome experience. The third pool I have had built in the last 10 years and this was far and away the best result.
