The design phase was collaborative and exciting. Chris M. really listened to my ideas, even when I completely changed my design idea, and came up with an amazing design. He helped us months in advance and checked in with us during our house build. Chris came out multiple times to our lot when we were designing the layout. Krista spent hours with me helping me choose the colors and design, and was patient with me as I considered several options. (They were many to choose from!) Together with Mike B., who managed the construction from start to finish, Blue Haven helped us create a beautiful pool and outdoor space that perfectly fits our home and lifestyle. Throughout construction, Mike’s communication was excellent, timelines were clearly explained, and the crew maintained a high level of quality and attention to detail. Wow, the tile guys were amazing!
What impressed us most was how smoothly the entire process went and how dedicated the team was to customer satisfaction. Mike made sure to ask for input and also offered his own attention to detail as each step was completed. He spent extra time explaining the stages in building to me and never hesitated to respond via text, phone call, and in person. It was a relief to know that this was being managed so well from start to finish. His suggestions helped make our finished pool and decking absolutely stunning and we can’t wait to begin entertaining friends and family in this beautiful space.

Blue haven pools, was a mixed experience. The pool came out great, Mike and Seth were great to deal with. Their communication and quick to answer our questions and fixing things that were broken. Their subcontractors were very disrespectful of my property and my neighbors property. There is concrete all over my fence and my screened in porch, they didn’t cover them. The excavation was bad, it was very muddy due to rain and they tore up our yard even breaking our main water line and then telling me they were not responsible and made me buy the parts to fix it. I was very frustrated about that and if I didn’t go and buy the parts my wife and I would have had no water. My suggestion is hold these subs responsible for the mistakes, you’ll find that they will be more careful when working. It took just over 9 weeks to complete, due to weather and finances it took a bit longer. Overall we are happy with the completion and again, Mike, Seth and Krista were great to deal with. Open up a landscaping area of the company, I would be happy to run. I had to completely redo my yard with 10 yards of dirt and grading. We are happy the pool is complete. Can’t wait to swim in it next season.
**update**
The pool still has not passed inspection, because they did not ground our pool and keep sending me texts as I’m supposed to do their job. We all know why they won’t come tho, because they were already paid.

Their subcontractors were respectful of our property and the surroundings. Outside of weather delays which are inevitable our pool was completed in approximately eight weeks. We couldn’t be happier and we absolutely love our new pool. Highly recommend them.

I’ve worked in aircraft for 35 years, and the most important thing in my line of work is quality and corrective action for continuous improvement. I must say, ever time I had a quality concern with the pool, Blue Haven reacted on it in a robustly manner. I never had major issues but I had a couple of cosmetic issues and they corrected it with no arguement and took care of it right away. The one person that I could count on that returned all of my calls was Mike Beelefeiulle,, he worked with me from start to finish and it was a pleasure working with him. Mike not only managed all of the labor from different builders such as pavers, electrical, gunite pour, plumbing, dig etc… but several times he was out working some things himself to assure job was to standards. I’m a tough inspector, and he treated my wife and I with respect as well as I did him. Thank you Mike for making this construction a success with very little stress.
