We recently completed our pool construction with Blue Haven Pools, and we could not be happier with the experience and the finished result. From the first design conversation through the final details, the team was professional, and responsive to our needs. Our designer Chris did an excellent job listening to what we wanted and providing suggestions that we otherwise would not have thought. Likewise, our project manager Travis kept the construction process moving, communicated clearly along the way, made sure questions or concerns were addressed promptly, and connected us to sub-contractors for work related to the pool construction (fence, irrigation and landscaping). The quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the overall coordination made this project feel well managed from start to finish. We are thrilled with our new pool and would highly recommend Blue Haven Pools to anyone considering a pool project.

We had an outstanding experience with Blue Haven Pools from start to finish. They were consistently responsive, quick to answer questions, and proactive about addressing anything that came up. In reality, there were very few issues throughout the entire process, which speaks volumes about how well the project was managed. What impressed us most was how tightly they managed the timeline, coordinated their subcontractors, and kept the entire project moving. The execution was organized and professional, and they ultimately delivered more than we expected. The quality of the pool and the products used throughout the project are excellent, and they took great care with our property during construction. From the initial sales process through construction and completion, the entire experience felt professional, well-managed, and truly top notch. We would absolutely recommend Blue Haven Pools to anyone considering a pool. They made what can be a stressful and complicated process feel surprisingly smooth, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

Our experience started off wonderful first meeting with Chris Miller. He informed us of everything and kept us updated regularly. Krista also very informative always so kind. Mike the project manager went above and beyond keeping everything going smoothly, my husband drove him crazy with deadlines and he fulfilled everyone, Chris Cox was brilliant with what he does. We are very pleased with the results of our resurfacing project by Blue Haven. Bryan, Krista and Mike our project manager were all very responsive with any questions and once the job started it was completed quickly. The bonus was getting the pool lights replaced and working properly!

We just had a pool installed by Blue Haven. It was one problem after another. Every time a contractor came out, they would leave a mess. The list goes on....The project manager and assistant manager were never available. We as homeowners had to be home every day to watch and supervise the job. Many of the subcontractors came from Charleston each day. The cement contractor ran over my neighbor's lawn and destroyed some of their irrigation. Most of the time, we didn't know when the contractors were going to show up. Many quit, or were let go. When it came time to fill the pool, days later, it turned green! Now, we have a beautiful pool due to our hard work and supervising the jobs. They even used the wrong color tiles that we picked out from the showroom. The service and electrical area were not built to the specifications on the building plans.

After talking/ interviewing with several pool companies we went with Blue Haven, and we made the right decision . Whole staff was nice and professional. Our project went smooth with some minor hiccups but our project manager Mike was very attentive and resolved everything quickly. Blue haven pools, was a mixed experience. The pool came out great, Mike and Seth were great to deal with. Their communication and quick to answer our questions and fixing things that were broken. Their subcontractors were very disrespectful of my property and my neighbors property. There is concrete all over my fence and my screened in porch, they didn’t cover them. The excavation was bad, it was very muddy due to rain and they tore up our yard even breaking our main water line and then telling me they were not responsible and made me buy the parts to fix it. I was very frustrated about that and if I didn’t go and buy the parts my wife and I would have had no water. My suggestion is hold these subs responsible for the mistakes, you’ll find that they will be more careful when working. It took just over 9 weeks to complete, due to weather and finances it took a bit longer. Overall we are happy with the completion and again, Mike, Seth and Krista were great to deal with. Open up a landscaping area of the company, I would be happy to run. I had to completely redo my yard with 10 yards of dirt and grading. We are happy the pool is complete. Can’t wait to swim in it next season. **update** The pool still has not passed inspection, because they did not ground our pool and keep sending me texts as I’m supposed to do their job. We all know why they won’t come tho, because they were already paid. **UPDATE** The Pool has still not passed inspection, due to the same reason as the last update. It’s now the end of June. 8 months later.

Blue Haven Pools is a wonderful company to work with. We had our pool renovated with new plaster. Travis was with us every step of the way. He was very responsive and knowledgable with every question and was on sight every day. Our pool was completed before the completion date which is unheard of. I would highly recommend Blue Haven Pools.

Their team was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly committed to bringing our vision to life. The design phase was collaborative and exciting. Chris M. really listened to my ideas, even when I completely changed my design idea, and came up with an amazing design. He helped us months in advance and checked in with us during our house build. Chris came out multiple times to our lot when we were designing the layout. Krista spent hours with me helping me choose the colors and design, and was patient with me as I considered several options. (They were many to choose from!) Together with Mike B., who managed the construction from start to finish, Blue Haven helped us create a beautiful pool and outdoor space that perfectly fits our home and lifestyle. Throughout construction, Mike’s communication was excellent, timelines were clearly explained, and the crew maintained a high level of quality and attention to detail. Wow, the tile guys were amazing! What impressed us most was how smoothly the entire process went and how dedicated the team was to customer satisfaction. Mike made sure to ask for input and also offered his own attention to detail as each step was completed. He spent extra time explaining the stages in building to me and never hesitated to respond via text, phone call, and in person. It was a relief to know that this was being managed so well from start to finish. His suggestions helped make our finished pool and decking absolutely stunning and we can’t wait to begin entertaining friends and family in this beautiful space. We highly recommend Blue Haven Pools to anyone looking for a high-quality pool builder with exceptional service and craftsmanship. Five stars all the way!

Their subcontractors were respectful of our property and the surroundings. Outside of weather delays which are inevitable our pool was completed in approximately eight weeks.
