Blue Collars and its technicians were incredible. I had water gushing out of my dishwasher and the cutoff wouldn't turn off. They came out last night to cut off water and back first thing this morning to finish. Super pleased. Cody treated me with respect and was very personable. Couldn't ask for better customer service.
RUN!! Purposely caused damage to my house
Terrible. Absolutely terrible. He gave me one price. Paid 1/2 up front. Got 1/2 way done. Then .. with no changes in scope of work.. gave me a new bill for 1800 more. Again no additions or changes.. no surprises. I refused and he sabotaged the work he did!! Cut supply lines, plugged drain lines. Had to call in new plumber and I’ll be filing a complaint with licensing board.
Beware he will up the price and when you refuse he damages your home.

If I could give Cody and team 10 starts I would!!!! So not to make this long but another company was here and told us it was going to take over 3800 to fix the issue. Cody came in told me what needed to be done before he charged anything he told me the price. Not only was he honest and quick he was extremely polite and professional. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in the Sumter, Dalzell, Columbia, and surrounding areas.

Felix was excellent. He quickly identified a leak in the historic plumbing under my downtown home and had it repaired in about an hour. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Working on older plumbing systems isn’t easy, but he handled it without any issues. Highly recommend.
Amazing experience (yes, I am saying that about needing to get a drain fixed). Felix and Allen from Blue Collars came out to help me fix a clogged drain in my tub-shower in my newly purchased house. I was really concerned as I just purchased my home and it had been one repair after another so I was bracing for the worst. Felix walked me through exactly what was wrong, explained how they were going to fix it and tested it multiple times before they left ti make sure the fix took. They were incredibly respectful of my property, were incredibly sweet to my dogs, were on time and left the area clean. Wonderful service, very reasonably priced and I think I have found my soul plumbers.
This is my first review ever because Andrew at Blue Collars was so great. We had recently moved into a house with.a "new hvac" unit and had suffered with diagnosing and fixing a wretched smell and a major air flow issue. Quite simply, we went through 5!!!! people all with outrageous suggestions, quotes and plans. that may alleviate the problem. It wasnt until we overheard another contractor call Andrew for advice that we found him. Honeslty, beyond being a great guy, he throughly explained, diagnosed and fixed what had been an intractable problem for others. Even more, he explained why some of the other fixes were basic upsells and/or improper solutions.
So stop your searches. Andrew at Blue Collars is your next call.
We had an emergency with our water heater at our apartment complex and Thomas and Hunter came out to assist (very late at night might I add) they were very knowledgeable and kind and assured us that we were safe and made sure everything was cut off properly they came quickly and was efficient highly recommend

Spencer came out to fix a dripping issue with my shower where water was constantly coming from the faucet, and he also repaired a couple of faucets around the house. He was on time, professional, and explained what was causing the problem in a way that made sense. I really appreciated how honest he was about the work and pricing. He got everything fixed quickly and made sure it was done right before leaving. Great experience overall — I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.
Highly recommend Blue Collars. Plumbing and HVAC doesn’t matter. They always bring their A game. Andrew, Jordan, and Mark came out today to swap out an old HVAC system for us. As always they performed the scope of work with the upmost professionalism and talent possible. Reasonable prices for exceptional work. Great group of people.
