Friendly family business. Lovely chatting with Justine. Kieran cleaned a wool rug for me and stair and bedroom carpets in my son’s new home. The rug was taken, cleaned and dried and returned in a few days and Kieran offered to lay it for me (the room wasn’t finished so it had to remain rolled for a couple of days) Has come up lovely and soft but a couple of stubborn marks were still visible to the knowing eye. My son’s carpets have come up a treat! Clean and fresh, stains gone, pile restored. Great value for a super job with friendly, reliable service. Really pleased.

I have called today due to a complete geographical error by Google, however it was a god send. I have called with a million and one questions about carpet cleaning packages and Justine has gone over and above to help me. Despite knowing from the get go that she would not be getting any business from me (due to being hours out of area for her) which is the point where most business owners would just say “sorry I can’t help”. She has gone through pricing with me, and what I can expect to be paying, she has provided me with information on how to get the most reliable and trusted carpet cleaner in my area. Absolute angel of a woman! Would 1000% use her services if she lived in our area so if she lives in your area and you need your carpet cleaning?! You know who to call! Blossom clean and dry! Honest and trustworthy business woman.
