Very happy with our heat pump service in Kapiti, unfortunately I have forgotten the man’s name but he was very friendly and helpful. Heat pump is now running miles better, house getting warmer quicker etc. would definitely recommend.

Blizzard were just brilliant - from start to finish. We recently had them install an inducted heat pump in our very cold home. From meeting Cheyan who talked us through the options and answerd all of our questions to the pre-installation care to the installation day - it was seamless. The team who came to installl the system were fantastic - Jayden and the team were wonderful - answered our queries, resolved questions and worked so hard during the whole day. It was very impressive team work. And after installation - it feels like a different house. We can't thank you enough. Would thoroughly recommend Blizzard!

Booked a heat pump service for 8am. Tech showed up at 9am, had to cancel as was waiting around to let the tech in and had to go to work. Tried calling the office for 40 minutes with no answer. No phone call to say they were running late. Eventually got a hold of the office - they didn’t seem fussed. Won’t be using them again.
