Not only do these cleaners do a terrific job, but they are extremely flexible, accommodating, and good communicators. We have had them coming to clean our entire office suite every week since we moved at the beginning of the year, and everything has been spotless. They have a customer service text line available for active clients and regularly monitored. When I asked for specific items to be left exactly how I left them they were all too happy to agree, and when I asked them to let me know exactly when they would be coming as I would be working some weekends, they offered to adjust their schedule to accommodate me.

Hired for a deep clean. Got the run around with scheduling, left work to let them in when they finally arrived and service was terminated by my request after i was notified that they would not have time to clean what was agreed upon in the written estimate (basement and one upper living level). I sent pictures of the house as requested prior to getting the estimate. when i questioned the difference between what was originally quoted and the changing story, I was sent pictures of behind furniture and my basement toilet bowl (which is dusty and dirty, hence why I am paying for a DEEP CLEAN). As our estimates are provided remotely, we prepared and sent an estimate based on the information she provided, outlining the number of hours calculated by our system, along with our detailed checklist and corresponding pricing.
Our estimate clearly states that if additional time is required to complete all areas, the client will be contacted to choose between extending the service time or prioritizing specific areas. It is important to emphasize that we do not offer flat-rate pricing for deep cleaning services; all pricing is based on the time needed to complete the work.
She was also informed that her presence during the cleaning was not required—only a method of entry would be necessary. However, she chose to be present and personally let our team into the home after we notified her shortly before arrival, as requested.
Upon arrival, our team assessed the property and determined that the allocated hours would not be sufficient to thoroughly clean both the basement and the rest of the home. We contacted the prospective client to discuss the available options: either adding more time (which would require scheduling an additional visit, as the appointment was set for the afternoon) or prioritizing specific areas.
After reviewing the photos we provided to support our assessment, the prospective client became upset. She initially requested that we proceed with cleaning both the basement and the upstairs areas—effectively the entire home. We explained again that completing all areas would require additional time. She then instructed us to begin with the basement but stated that if all items listed in the estimate were not completed, she would dispute the charge and leave a detailed review.
We reiterated our company policy at that point. A link to our customer policies and guidelines is always included with the estimate. She then ended the call and sent a message instructing us to stop the service and leave her home immediately, which we complied with.
Since then, the prospective client has posted reviews on multiple platforms without allowing the opportunity for a resolution. We made several attempts to contact her via phone, text message, and email to address her concerns; however, we have not received any response. This is an unfortunate situation that we work hard every day to avoid, and we are sorry for not having the opportunity to perform our service.

First time using this service and I did NOT regret it at all. We requested the deep clean. The staff were very friendly and thorough. They gave attention to every little detail. The results are amazing! About two thirds of the way through the cleaning I was a little concerned that they might not have enough time to finish, but after a quick call with Pryscilla, they had a second crew at my home to assist and even though they needed a few extra hands and it took a little longer, the results were well worth it and they didn't even charge any extra. Wow what a service! I'll definitely be calling on them again and will highly recommend them.
