if I could leave a no star I would ...I was told they created an after hours parts purchase to be picked up at the box ..come to find out they are answering the phone after hours only to be rude and continue to get hung up on after waiting for 20-30mins for over an hour str8...acting as if the services don't exist

I rented a Cat 308 from them for a week to clean up massive Helene damage on my property. Other places gave me a hassle about business insurance. I didn't have any problems with the transaction here. This is the only place I will rent from for now on. Just respect the equipment and treat it like you own it. Allison is a national treasure, very timely, and has excellent communication skills.

Carl the parts salesman was courteous and knowledgeable…I’m very impressed by his professionalism. If anyone needs Caterpillar service ask for Carl! He’s the man!
