I have been a Blair client since 2019. They used to work on my Audi R8. Yesterday, I took in a G63 for a PPI. Shelton is the man! He made sure the process went seamlessly. Upon Completion, he sat down with me and thoroughly went through the report. The report was so detailed, they might as well have disassembled the entire car. Suffice to say, Blair will now be servicing my Huracan Evo and my G63.

I went in for a Service B this morning on my Mercedes and they were amazing. This was my first time using Blair as I was referred by a friend and let me tell you they did such an amazing job. The service was top tier and they washed my vehicle after servicing it as well. Ivan was amazing and I will be back!!!!!!

I can't speak highly enough of my experience at Blair Automotive. Kenneth and his team consistently provide excellent customer service. They not only handled my X5's routine maintenance with great care but also identified potential issues that I wasn't even aware of. One of the best automotive services in DFW! They match their quality of service to their welcoming ambiance in the office. Pricing is always great but wish more unique specials for other services were available. I think there was like a $200 credit for any service one time and this got me hooked and made me a permanent customer. If things like that came once or twice a year that would be awesome !!!!

Great service and fast turnaround. I came in for a brake fluid service on my BMW X3 and Brandon took great care of me. He walked me through the full vehicle health report and pointed out a few items to keep an eye on. Super helpful and professional. I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change.

This is the second time Blair has been spectacular with an attention to detail as well as being on time and getting me on my way as soon as possible. I refer them to my friends because of their honesty and fair prices. As a woman I don’t feel taken advantage of because I know they have my best interest at heart. I will use them for any work that needs to be done on my VW. Thanks guys for a job well done! Update I had my Tiguan in for regular maintenance this week and as always Blair took good care of me and my VW. This time I waited for the work to be done and their estimate of time was almost exact when all the work was complete. Even waiting is no problem as their space is very comfortable and welcoming. Their prices are reasonable and they never suggest something you don’t need just to get more $$$ from me. I will always take my vehicles to them. Thanks to everyone that makes their business flow seamlessly!!

They charged me $3k for work and even though they were cheaper than other shops I called, I’m convinced they didn’t do any of the work I paid them to do. In fact, my car came back worse. They had it for 6 days and I had to go back another day because when I drove my car off, I heard a loud popping sound which apparently had to do with the axel. They were supposed to seal and fix the coolant system, but I’m guessing that wasn’t done right either since now I’m hearing bubbling under the hood. The worse part is my AC stopped blowing cold and my heater is not working now all of a sudden. I wouldn’t trust this place to touch my car again. $3k down the drain.

Prices were fair, the team was professional, and they clearly know what they’re doing. Definitely will be going back for some modifications later. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service! I took advantage of the special coupon priced oil change which is better than the VW dealer $69 discount oil change and received a courtesy inspection for future things that needs to be done on our VW to keep it running good.
