Fantastic London Christmas light tour
Our guide Alan Oliver “Ollie” was waiting for us when walked out of our flat. The experience was wonderful—Ollie was very knowledgeable and gave us interesting and informative stories throughout the journey; as well, he was a friendly and engaging gentleman! He, of course, knew all of the best Christmas light displays and we got to see all of them! If you’re in London during the Christmas season, make sure not to miss this fantastic experience! Our party of four just finished the three hour Christmas light your with Paula. It was amazing! The lights were spectacular and Paula knew the best places to take memorable photos. She also parked and walked us to locations that gave us the best perspectives. She was fun and informative, engaging and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this tour- ask for Paula!

Our tour of Christmas lights was magical! Keith Groves could not have been more accommodating and interesting. We had a few places we wanted to see and Keith made sure we saw everything we had on our list and then some. Thank you for helping our family get into the Christmas spirit. It was a perfect evening.

Absolutely fantastic!! We were lucky enough to have Ray for our guide yesterday. We were so jet lagged and tired but Ray kept us awake and entertained the whole time and it was a great way to get acquainted with the city! Angela, who handled all communications prior to our tour, was amazing as well! So helpful and accommodating! Highly highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting London or surrounding areas!
We had an afternoon with Ray on Tuesday 4th November, who's knowledge around London and historical information was top rate. We chatted all afternoon and Ray improvised where needed to suit what we were interested in. A great way to spend the afternoon in London!

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Gary. He was incredibly knowledgeable, a great driver and knew all the short cuts around London. We were very comfortable and so appreciative of Gary’s attention to detail and humorous stories. He really cared about making sure he showed us everything we wanted to see. This tour was the highlight of our vacation, and I have already told my friends about the Black Taxi Tour. It’s a wonderful company and we highly recommend them.

We had thé best tour of the London highlights with Ray. Ray is, besides very kind and funny, also extremely knowledgeable about his city and the various sites. He knows exactly where to go, and where to park to get the best views without the long lines. We had a wonderful morning and hope to return one day. Highly recommended!!

I absolutely LOVE working with Black Taxi Tour of London! This was my second private tour in 2 years - the first with my daughter and this time around with the hubby.From the booking process to the actual tour it's an amazing experience focused on one thing - making sure we had the best personalized experience possible. First, we were able to select the sites we wanted to see and the tour was built around this. Second, along the way you get extra tidbits which makes it even more exciting, educational and most importantly fun.Last BUT not least I can't say enough good things about our tour guide KEITH! He is the absolute best! Keith is friendly, beyond knowledgeable about key sights and secret little tidbits in London - what a beautiful city. He went above and beyond throughout the tour in so many ways - helping us to get special pictures for our memory book, finding delicious dining options for the time we were in London, pointing out other sites we could see on our own. It must be noted that we didn't for one moment feel rushed and were able to drink it all in.Thank you Keith for another amazing tour with you!!!!

Our family had the pleasure of taking a Black Taxi Tour with Paula. Ahead of the custom 5 hour tour, we provided Paula with a list of places we wanted to see. She planned the most efficient route to make sure we had plenty of time to go to all those places, take photos, and spend some time at each place. It was a great day. Paula was informative and professional. We will forever have many lovely images from that day.
