Ric and his team were amazing! They helped me with the surplus I was owed and I didn’t originally know about. Once the 120 day hold was done the process went very quickly. Ric and his team kept me updated through the process and answered any questions I had along the way. Given the chance I would definitely work with them again.

Highly recommended in a complex setup that seemingly was against all odds...! Black Swan company serves YOU above everything else. They have dealt with mid-West Florida burocrats with utmost professionalism. Things were complicated by my picking an European State for retirement and they were still able to comply with all the required documentation, bringing in high-tech company to prove my identity, all this at their expense. While state officials were taking their time processing papers, Black Swan picked it up from them in a matter of hours afterwards.
Payments made promptly without delay after funds were released. Here comes something you should know: They were dealing with the biggest banking slime you can imagine..., Wells Fargo. This bank did a shameless banking heist causing me $500 loss in an $8,200 transaction (sending the amount between two USD accounts, first they converted to a European currency and back to USD with an obviously unnecessary and eye-popping exchange rate... The resulting loss falling on me and unrecoverable from the bank).
Black Swan after learning the details, decided that the most important thing for them was my satisfaction and in minutes decided to cover this theft by the bank from their own funds - that I received the next day in full from Black Swan!
