Best service EVER!
We were flying out from Birmingham with 4 children and were really anxious about travelling there and back but Blackstar put us at ease and took a massive burden off our shoulders. The lovely driver Titi was outside our house 20 mins before and so helpful. He loaded the luggage and made sure we were all ok. He was amazing. Even on our way back he made contact reassuring us he would be there waiting for us and true to his words he was there which made life a lot easier.
The car was immaculate supplied with water bottles.
Jabz himself kept in touch to reassure us of timings and dates etc.
We definitely will be using Blackstar again and recommending him to all our friends and family.

Top marks to Blackstar for providing ground transportation from LHR to our hotel in Oxford. Booking was easy to do, online and the follow up was excellent in terms of confirmation and in touch texts to coordinate a meeting place after clearing customs. Car was clean, in great condition and the driver was very professional. We then used them to transfer from Oxford to London. Different car and driver, but same superior experience. Will definitely use them again in the future. In terms of pricing, they are competitive with similar car services.

Will use again! The driver was so polite and helpful during our journey he was able to avoid traffic as was very knowledgeable about the area. The vehicle was clean and comfortable for the 7 of us too! The whole company are very professional, offering to pay via bank transfer was perfect for us and they quoted a great price. All in all a fabulous service - will be looking to book for our Festive nights out!
This company makes my life soooo much easier. I am very happy with their services. I can reach out to them any time of the day and get immediate response. Last minute request are also not a problem. Drivers are always nice, polite, professional and on time. Their cars are nice and clean. They have varieties of cars I use for our company employees or our clients. I booked executive cars for a graduation day in Oxford - multiple pick ups and destinations throughout the day - all cars were on time and flexible with time changes throughout the day, all vehicles were clean and of high standard.
