BK a breath of fresh air! I have had a terrible time being a landlady and doing it all on my own. I was looking for someone to help me manage the property and some sort of financial guarantee. Also the property had a lot of work that needed doing. Bob was so helpful with a great rent to rent opportunity and fantastic contacts with Eagle Maintenance who got the job done in under 3 weeks and Bob got a tenant in, under 2 weeks after that. Bob answered all my questions with grace and didn't rush me to make a decision and has been so efficient and professional Definitely recommend! So very grateful!! Thank you so much. So relieved!

Bob took over the management of my property in 2025 and carried out a full refurbishment of the property very quickly and efficiently with his team. The flat had a complete transformation and was available for rental within a in a very short space of time. Rental payments have always been paid by the due date and I am very impressed with his operation.

I was absolutely blown away at the professional service given from start to finish. This is the 1st time i have rented my home and i cannot recommend BK Properties enough. They have treated me like family and to be perfectly honest, i did not think that there were companies like this in existence. Yes a business is about making money BUT to be treated fairly and spoken to honestly is something that will always be the best value a company can have. I was told by friends that i should be wary about renting out my home through Management companies and they promise the earth and do not deliver BUT BK Properties has actually over delivered to what i was expecting.
