Very bad listing experience. (LISTING YOUR TOKEN BEWARE) As the CEO of Heaven Eco Hub, I'd like to share my honest experience with BitMart in the context of our planned listing for Heaven Token. We deposited funds to secure a listing announcement, promoted to a supposed 1 million Twitter followers. Given past experience with exchanges using inflated follower counts, we included a tracking link in the post to verify reach. Unfortunately, our suspicions were confirmed: over three days, fewer than 30 individuals accessed the post, while BitMart's analytics reported over 10,000 views. I sent a clear message seeking clarification, as our listing agent, Blair, not only failed to address our questions but also became increasingly rude and insistent on additional funds. Blair then referred us to Coco, a manager supposedly in our Telegram group, but instead continued to insult me in front of 20+ core investors and key partners, leaving them shocked by the behavior. We then sought support through another listing partner, who contacted BitMart on our behalf. The response was essentially a demand for another $5,000 deposit before they’d even consider further discussion. I replied, reiterating our concerns and requesting a simple refund to cancel the listing process. I’ll continue to keep everyone updated on this matter, but as of now, we have tracked data showing no tangible benefit from the listing on BitMart. I’m happy to share this evidence upon request—please exercise caution.

BitMart SCAM. BitMart scammers. I used the BitMart exchange for about a year and everything was fine. But on April 30, I sent $1,500 to buy ton, the money was successfully credited, I changed USDt to ton, and then big problems began that led to the loss of all my money. At first I couldn’t display tone, I wrote to the chat, but the bot responded in the same way. I managed to contact support via email... And endless questions and requests for screenshots began. I sent a photo of my personal wallet, a certificate of income, a screenshot of the exchange of cash for cryptocurrency, screenshots of all transactions, a certificate from work, and described where and who I work for. And all these requests came with pauses for several days. They simply used up all my nerves, I took a sedative to continue working normally, and I started having a nervous tic again. Now 10 days have passed since the blocking and I am sure that these are scammers. I had already topped up my exchange account from the same wallet a week before this incident and withdrew everything without any problems. There were no questions. I topped up other exchanges, always without problems. This is all 100% deception, support responds once every few days and they all need new and new screenshots and block explorers that they can see for themselves. The team of scammers When I had a partnership with Bitmart, I introduced them my first client for the listing. But after the client paid, the Bitmart team, ignoring the signed agreement, have not listed a client's token without any reason, and then declined a request for a refund. Moreover, they violated my agreement with them and didn't pay my commission, taking all the money for personal use. I was trying to reach Bitmart's CEO Sheldon Xia by email, but all my (and my client's) letters were ignored, despite of the serious violations described. The person in charge of listing, Niki Gao, which turned out completely unprofessional and rude, claimed that "sending email to anyone in her team won't help on getting my commission".. That's all you need to know about this scam exchange before working with them. I would stongly suggest to stay away from Bitmart whether you're a project, a partner or a trader!
