Very bad listing experience. (LISTING YOUR TOKEN BEWARE) As the CEO of Heaven Eco Hub, I'd like to share my honest experience with BitMart in the context of our planned listing for Heaven Token. We deposited funds to secure a listing announcement, promoted to a supposed 1 million Twitter followers. Given past experience with exchanges using inflated follower counts, we included a tracking link in the post to verify reach. Unfortunately, our suspicions were confirmed: over three days, fewer than 30 individuals accessed the post, while BitMart's analytics reported over 10,000 views. I sent a clear message seeking clarification, as our listing agent, Blair, not only failed to address our questions but also became increasingly rude and insistent on additional funds. Blair then referred us to Coco, a manager supposedly in our Telegram group, but instead continued to insult me in front of 20+ core investors and key partners, leaving them shocked by the behavior. We then sought support through another listing partner, who contacted BitMart on our behalf. The response was essentially a demand for another $5,000 deposit before they’d even consider further discussion. I replied, reiterating our concerns and requesting a simple refund to cancel the listing process. I’ll continue to keep everyone updated on this matter, but as of now, we have tracked data showing no tangible benefit from the listing on BitMart.
