the agent recommended failed to inform us that she would be gone the next day for at least two weeks. Our application got transfered to another agent who did nothing to get the application started. the agent did nothing ! The manager got the application and asked a bunch of questions needing answers. So instead of having an answer, I got nothing but reanswering questions. long past the date the application was to be completed, 4 days after the application was to return with an answer, I called and found out the application was not submitted. An answer already given was missing and nobody called to ge the answer so the application could be submitted. It is now over 10 days and NOTHING has been done to get the insurance. Totally unacceptable. If I had known about this company unprofessionalism and poor service, I would have never gone to them to begin with.

I have been insured with Bird Insurance for about 15 yrs. I have endured non-fault accidents!! They have been supported, caring, helpful and importanty complying with my physical treatment! Even with our economic inflation, my rates have been reasonable. I also like to add that I lived in Ocala for a few years and the last 10yrs Melbourne Fl.

I was very impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of this agency during my panicked interaction with them! I dealt with Gary initially, then with April. She quickly got back to me with info, mindful of a deadline I was facing. Even though I ended up not needing new insurance, April still retained her friendly response style. I can't remember when I've thought this last, but I wish I needed more insurance (right?!) and could give my business to this company. Hope they're around for another 30 years!!
