If I could give this study clinic more stars i definitely would! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The staff was great and would do a study with them again. Janelle was the cafeteria lady and she was awesome. Griselle, Aaliyah and there's a lot more i wish I could remember the names. Everyone was great!
Very disappointing screening experience.
My issue is not that I was not selected—I understand that not every candidate will qualify. My concern is the poor prescreening process and the lack of clear communication before asking people to travel to the facility.
I have gone through this process twice, spending money on gas, rearranging my schedule, waiting for long periods, and even giving up time that could have been used for job interviews or other income opportunities. After all of that, I was told I could not participate because of issues such as a shoulder surgery from about nine years ago and vaccination marks.
If previous surgeries, scars, vaccination marks, or similar factors can disqualify someone, recruiters should ask about them BEFORE scheduling an in-person screening.
Paying approximately $50 after someone has spent several hours traveling and waiting does not reasonably compensate for the time, gas, and opportunities lost because of inadequate prescreening. I believe my case should be reviewed and that additional compensation would be appropriate for the unnecessary time and expenses I incurred.
Management should seriously improve recruiter training, eligibility screening, and communication with candidates.
My advice to potential participants: ask for all disqualifying criteria before traveling. Your time has value.
The staff are very healthful and actually care for there patients including jernell she is very sweat and helpful to you. Will be back most definitely.
Food has definitely improved - the women serving the food is very nice and pleasant and goes the extra mile when you have any extra needs. I do studies at a lot of places and Biotrials treats you as a person not just a subject. That's not always the case at all the places I've been.

All the staff were courteous and professional and prompt with the schedule. The beds they provided are comfy and the food is great. It was my first time being a medical subject in house and I would gladly do it again.

I love doing studies here the staff is so nice except one of the guards forgot her name but she over exaggerates lol but the Doctors, Nurses, Janelle works in the kitchen made sure we had hot effetient meals. She made my time fly by being caring, compassionate, and friendly. The lab techs we also wonderful. This place is so clean. It's close to me and I always had good experiences when I did studies here. ❤️

A waste of time food sucks the pay for studies suck ..go anywhere but here a waste of time and blood given for pennies plenty other options
Edit: seems like the company decided to respond that is very untrue that I have never did a study ..I did two studies in 2021 right after the lock down was lifted for studies to continue I was the only woman had my own room in the back …the food was not edible at all I loss weight unintentionally.. the shrimp where literally gray ..I also came on June 3rd to screen for a study in which you all couldn’t even find my name in the system because it had been updated ..I didn’t take pictures but the building is glass across the street a carry out and im from Maryland
