I found a new truck I was interested in online and contacted them to make sure it was still available before my 2 hour drive to the dealership. I was greeted when I arrived by Connor McFadden. He welcomed me to the dealership and promptly showed me the truck. While test driving the new truck they appraised my trade. After working out the details I was the road home with my new Silverado HD. Connor and the staff were very professional and personable. I highly recommend seeing Connor for your next purchase! I had a very disappointing experience with Bill Harris and would strongly recommend going elsewhere.
The dealership did not disclose known issues with the vehicle prior to purchase. After buying the car, I discovered wiring problems in one of the back doors that were never mentioned, this caused the door to have problems opening at times. The car battery had issues the first week having it as well. Also, I found out that the tires on the vehicle are already dry rotting, which is extremely concerning considering I just bought the car. At the time of purchase, it had been raining, and because the tires were wet they appeared to be in good condition, which made it difficult to notice any cracking or deterioration. When I asked the dealer about the condition of the tires, he assured me they were in excellent shape. I also questioned why the tires had not been rotated in roughly 30,000 miles, but each time I brought it up my concern was dismissed and I was told the tires were fine. Based on those repeated assurances, I trusted that the tires were in good condition at the time of sale, so it is very frustrating to now find that they are clearly dry rotting. The vehicle was presented as being in excellent condition, which was not accurate.
I was also told that while they were searching for a bank to give me a car loan it would not affect my credit score. That was not true, my credit score dropped 22 points due to multiple hard inquiries. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially for such an important financial decision.
Additionally, I was repeatedly pressured to purchase a roughly $3,000 extended service package. Despite clearly declining multiple times, the sales staff continued to push it aggressively. The constant pressure felt more like harassment than customer service, and it was obvious the focus was on maximizing profit rather than respecting the customer’s decision. The package itself did not appear to offer good value and primarily benefits the dealership.
The overall experience felt dishonest and manipulative. Staff may act friendly, but that friendliness does not extend to honest communication or customer care. There is also significant pressure to close the sale quickly, which makes it difficult to make an informed decision.
After seeing their response to my original review, it’s clear that Bill Harris prioritizes money over customer satisfaction. The core issue remains a lack of honesty and transparency. Until that changes, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone.

I appreciated a phone call from a service rep that a part that was needed on my vehicle had arrived. He was able to get me in right away and had the vehicle ready for pick-up within a few hours. The work was done efficiently, and, as usual, I was pleased with the entire process.

From start to finish Matt and Nate made the process easy and quick!! Everything was clean and organized. Everyone was friendly and smiling it was just an overall experience!!
