I would not repeat my transaction with this dealer. Bill Harris dealership refuses to provide the documentation my state requires to license my vehicle. Now all I get is threats and scare tactics instead of service after the incompetent sale.

James was great to work with; I can't stand a pushy salesman, and he was the opposite of that. Super low pressure. I felt like I got a good deal in the end, too. All the people I talked to there were honest and laid back.

Sent email and was told they were closed for the day, Autotrader asked if they got back to me and said no. Then I get a email that didn't answer any of my questions. Then I get a video [which I asked for in the first email.} The car disappears from site, call on phone no answer Email said car sold. Excuse after excuse, too busy ,will do, that blah blah. Im 5 hours away, and this is no way to treat a possible new customer.

One of the best interactions I've had purchasing a vehicle. Jonathan was patient and willing to answer all of my questions. Process was seamless and fast. Staff was not pushy and didn't try to oversell. Will shop there again. *Edit - Went back there for service due to a long standing issue that another dealership had failed to diagnose and repair on 3 attempts. Within 45min Bill Harris' service department identified the problem and ordered the required part. Explained in detail what the issue was and what needed fixed. I look forward to having this issue behind me and to be able to fully enjoy my vehicle.
