⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service – Kim at Bienville Orthopaedic Specialists (Orange Grove) I would like to give a huge thank-you and recognition to Kim, who answers the phone at Bienville Orthopaedic Specialists – Orange Grove. We were having an issue getting a referral for my husband’s leg, and Kim went above and beyond to help us. Not only was she prompt, patient, and extremely polite, but she also took the initiative to personally contact her manager to get the referral resolved. After that, she called me back to keep me updated and even made sure the doctor was involved so the referral could be completed properly. In a time that could have been very stressful, Kim’s kindness, professionalism, and follow-through made all the difference. It is rare to find someone who truly cares and takes ownership of a problem the way she did. Bienville Orthopaedic Specialists is very fortunate to have her. Thank you, Kim, for your excellent service and genuine care!
