We at Optical support Ltd, have had the pleasure of using BHL Removers Twice now to relocate us to new premises. Both times within the London area. After a nice phone call, they sent someone to look over our premises and equipment to fully quote for the move, a few days later we went over the quote with them and determined a moving date that suited us and the costs which were pretty reasonable. First time round we moved from a second floor, smallish but triple unit with a small courtyard and 2 old semi working goods lifts. There were a few heavy pieces of equipment that took at least 4 people to move. A lot of the equipment, boxes, flight cases etc had to be painstakingly hand carried down flights of stairs to their trucks. A great team of workers listened to our needs of what was needed to be loaded and when. The move went very well. The second move was much larger as we had expanded. This time from 2 much larger units. We had much larger machines that needed moving with fork lifts and a hiab truck with heavy lifting arm. Much more equipment also this time. The BHL team had pre delivered roughly 50 rolling cages and many heavy duty tote boxes. We had pre packed those by the time they arrived in the day of the move, they were at our premises nice and early and ready to go when we were. As we needed curtain items moved first they listened and delivered them exactly as we required. Again having awkward steps at the exit of the buildings we move out of, their team work hard and very fast to load up the trucks. With a team leader liaising with us at each end of the move, again it was easy and painless for us to move. I hope we don’t move again but if we do I will be calling BHL again. Thank you to all the staff at BHL that made our moves easy.
