A month ago, I discovered my granite countertop around my sink was beginning to crumble. Beyond Stone Solutions was recommended to me and Brady came, looked the situation over, and gave me some options. I chose to replace my kitchen sink faucet and disposal. They sent the plumber one day to disconnect everything and the next day Brady came and installed my brand new beautiful Kohler sink. Brady was very professional friendly and patient with my dogs barking all the time. I highly recommend this company to anyone that has countertop problems!

We had Beyond Stone clean, restore, and seal our silver travertine pool deck, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

I called Beyond Stone because of their great reviews! I needed some minor repair in my flagstone patio. I was quoted $795 for replacing some of the broken flagstone and repairing some grout. After arriving the service tech said he had to go to Floor & Decor to purchase grout. The actual repair took him approximately 40 minutes! He didn't replace ANY flagstone, all that was done was a poor job of grouting! I called the supervisor, Ben, to let him know that the job was not what I had agreed to. Ben said he would talk to the tech and get back to me, which he never did! Several weeks later I received the $795
invoice. I called Ben to remind him of my previous call! Two days later he came to inspect the work that was done. I told him that I could have paid a handyman $100 and gotten a better job! Ben said he would give me a $200 credit. I was very unhappy and said, "you're going to charge me $595 for 40 minutes of work that was poorly done! I ended up giving him a check for $300, very expensive for such poor work!

Very professional and they did an amazing job. Hector came back to check on a small portion of the tile that bothered me. To be honest, I was a little embarrassed to ask him to come back. He could not have been more professional or more kind. He acknowledged my concern and fixed it completely. I was almost in tears. I was so happy with how the bathroom floor looked. I highly recommend this company. They truly care about customer service and their clients. 10 out of 10! When my stone floors need to be resealed, I can promise you I will book Beyond Stone solutions again.

I contacted Beyond Stone Solutions as a family member and several very long-time friends INSISTED that I use them to repair my kitchen island marble countertop. I had foolishly left a garbage bag full of fresh lemons (in direct Arizona sunlight for 2-hours each day) on the countertop before leaving for a short vacation. When I returned, I quickly learned how incredibly toxic lemon juice is, not just to Hefty bags, BUT to marble. Unbelievably STUPID of me!
Nonetheless, after today's countertop treatment, it is not only restored to it's original condition, but BETTER and with more luster than it's original condition. My sincere THANK YOU to Thomas Ziemetz, and his assistant Kenny, both of whom arrived right on time and did an incredibly professional job, especially in prepping my entire kitchen to ensure protection of all the adjoining areas of my island countertop. In fact, I will now be using Beyond Stone Solutions on a bi-yearly basis to inspect and maintain my marble countertops into the future.

This company does a great job. They resurfaced damaged travertine around our spa tub, cleaned and sealed rustic travertine throughout the house. They returned to deeper clean some areas in our kitchen and remove some footprints we had accidentally made in the sealer. I will use them again when the need arises.
