I ordered table runners, chair ties and table cloths. I was able to pick up on Thursday which helped me not have as much running around on Saturday morning or even Friday before my event.
The table cloths and runners were wrinkle free, I was very happy with that.
I had some challenges trying to get an appointment, return calls or email quotes initially. I believe my event was pretty far in advance.
I believe there was an update to the website to request a quote which was much better than when I first checked their site.
When I did have my first appointment the owner's daughter helped and much of the inventory was out so it was hard to get a vision of what I wanted.
Overall very nice family owned business and I'd recommend using them

I used Beyond Elegance for my wedding linens, drapery, and chargers. They were fabulous! They were relatively affordable, incredibly flexible with last minute updates and changes to final counts, and were so easy and dependable for delivery, setup, and takedown. They communicate very well and respond to emails and phone calls very quickly. They have quite a good reputation with many venues in the Des Moines area, so it's easy to use them and know that your venue is on board as well. It was easy to trust them and they absolutely delivered on everything they promised.

I missed the pick up time which was my fault. They called me and worked out a time after hours for me to pick up the tables I rented. I appreciate their great customer service.

Beyond Elegance was so helpful when I was helping my daughter plan her wedding! Truly phenomenal experience. Not only was it affordable, they took all the stress out of the process, they were available for meetings, prompt replies to emails, text and phone calls, and always went above and beyond for us.
Our Daughter and her two friends grad party was spectacular, fun and unique to each grad.
We rented table coverings, backdrops, the Iowa Photo Booth, and we commissioned the owners grand-daughter Peyton Burn’s-a talented acoustic guitar musician to provide entertainment! Her live music was a huge hit with our guest.
Highly recommend the Beyond Elegance Team for your event- big or small! They will make it special and effortless.

They gave us so many options for the napkins and table runners we rented for the event and were so great to communicate with over email and phone. It was incredibly easy to get a hold of them and I really appreciate that! I will definitely be working with them again if I have another event in Des Moines.
