Hired a ball pit from Beyond Bounce for my sons 4th birthday party and it was a great experience! I initially had a query on the 7ft bouncy and Chris was really helpful and gave great advice. The website was really easy to use. They even confirmed their arrival time the night before with the setup being quick and easy. The delivery driver was also very friendly.
The kids had an amazing time in the ball pit and loved the rocking horses, which kept them busy for hours. I highly recommend this company and the ball pit.
I had such a pleasant experience with Beyond Bounce. First of all Chris was so communicative and pleasant. He was well organised with the booking confirming with me two days before the event. This makes all the difference when stressed about planning for your child’s special 5th birthday party.
The delivery men were bang on time for delivery and pick up . This again helps to eliminate the stress of waiting to see if they will arrive before your guests.
Chris even threw in a few extras for us on the day of the party.

I am so happy with the service we received from Beyond Bounce! From the moment I made the booking (which was quick and hassle free), right through to the collection of the bouncy castle, everything was seamless.
Unlike many other companies, they only require a small deposit, which was a refreshing change. They even delivered the bouncy castle the day before our event, which my boys loved!
When Chris let me know they couldn’t provide the original theme I had booked for my son’s party, he went above and beyond by offering a different theme and extending the hire for an extra day, such amazing customer service!
Set-up and collection were smooth and efficient and the whole team was friendly, polite and professional throughout.
We’ll definitely be using Beyond Bounce again for future parties and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thanks again!
Brilliant and great value service from the guys at Beyond Bounce. Lovely clean bouncy castle delivered early and set up exactly where we wanted it. Collected the day after our party by two friendly polite guys who packed it all up and took it without fuss. Will definitely use them again.
