I had a disappointing experience with this window cleaning service. When I initially called, Ed assured me that their service covered everything. However, when the crew arrived, led by Brenda, things took a turn for the worse. Brenda was visibly upset because we hadn't cleared the area near the windows, which we were not informed about beforehand. When I questioned why the white area in the middle of the window (the window track) wasn't cleaned, Brenda, in broken English, stated it wasn't included. I called Ed, who then claimed this area wasn't part of "everything" and would cost an additional $120. After agreeing to the extra charge, Brenda's behavior became even more unacceptable, and she threw a fit of rage. Unable to tolerate the unprofessionalism, I asked the crew to leave and paid for the initial cleaning service without the additional work. To make matters worse, the sills weren't really clean considering we had asked for a deep cleaning. Check the attached pics for evidence of the subpar job. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I will not be hiring this service again and would caution others to be aware of their misleading promises and lack of customer service.

Edwin and his team arrived at our home yesterday for an accurate and in depth in person assessment for our power washing estimate. There are companies that ask for a picture of the work to be completed, however, pictures do not provide an accurate depiction of the tasks to be completed. Needless to say, Between Cleaning was effortless to communicate with and to work with. Edwin and his team were punctual, professional, communicated with my family and I during the process and made sure that the services that they provided were satisfactory after completion. We will be referring them to our neighbors as veterans like ourselves are always seeking proficient services.

Crew showed up on time. Communications excellent. Crew of four cleaned our three solar panel arrays. Work was excellent, panels look good as new. Too early to tell how effective the cleaning will increase our solar production, but after 16 years of panels on our roof, I am expecting an increase.

Crew arrived within the time promised. Three person crew…very nice, unfortunately everyone only spoke Spanish. Did a good job on cleaning the roof, HOWEVER… inspect carefully after.. huge mess left on deck, screened in porch and other areas. Broke connection on hose—not an expensive item, but they should have told me.
