Today was the second time I used Better Than Best AC. Brook was the first one who serviced my AC. He was good, explained how the unit was performing. He was prompt and courteous. Today, Alex came to service the AC. He came on time, courteous and explained how the unit was functioning. Overall, I was satisfied with the service they provide. Another awesome visit. He explained everything plus some . Very knowledgeable from information on dehumidifiers to why I shouldn’t need my ductwork cleaned. My larger unit seemed to be not working but after he went outside the compressor came on and all the tests word good. He said to watch it and if it stops working again to call because it’s still under warranty. Thank you
