5/5 all around this place was incredible, staff were amazing. Great spot for larger family vacation OR stag or stagette. It's like your own private all inclusive resort.

From the moment I booked Villa Ventura and speaking with Nora was a 15 out of 10! The house is unbelievable. Betos meals were mouth watering top-notch, Danny’s drinks deliciously over the top and the service staff were so kind and kept every inch of the villa immaculate. The beauty of this place was unreal. It feels like you are literally living a dream! Our daughter‘s dream was to be married alongside the ocean with mountains, small and intimate and that’s exactly what we got when we rented Villa Ventura and Casa Cosmos together! There isn’t anything we would have change on either place and can’t say enough about how perfect the location was to everything and again the service was hands-down by far some of the most incredible personal service we’ve ever received. We miss Villa Ventura and we miss the staff and again absolutely one of the best weeks of our lives and our guests as well. Thank you to the staff of Villa Ventura, the owner Nora for a complete dream come true. Our daughter‘s wedding was absolutely stunning! We had an incredible stay at Las Puertas in Puerto Vallarta!
The villa itself is gorgeous. Pool, hot tub, views from most rooms, lots of wonderful art and comfortable spaces that made it easy to relax and enjoy vacation. The location is also fantastic. Direct access to the beach, and only a short walk to all PV has to offer.
What really set this place apart was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, and the food and drinks were outstanding. Essentially restaurant quality but from the comfort of your own villa. It felt like a true luxury experience without feeling stuffy.
The personal concierge was also fantastic and made planning activities effortless. She helped us book massages and a boat ride, and everything was pretty seamless...very helpful for us non Spanish speakers.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

This was my second time staying at this villa in Mexico, and somehow it was even better than the first. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and elevated. The Chef prepared every meal with love and full of flavor, and honestly it was some of the best food I've ever had anywhere. It felt like having a private restaurant in the house all week. Javier, the host, is just incredible. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, always available, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making your stay special. You can see on his face how much pride he takes in the experience he is creating. Between the stunning home, the amazing food, the staff and location, this place is pure magic. Me and 12 friends stayed in this luxurious home for 4 nights. The staff was amazing and we were treated like royalty. The food was top notch and anything we needed we just had to ask. Great location and just steps down to the beach. Highly recommend to visit this place and experience the services for you and your family and friends.

Puerto Vallarta is already amazing, but this home added an entirely new level to the experience.From the unforgettable funicular ride up to the house, to the warm and attentive staff, to the stunning décor and thoughtfully designed layout—this place checks every box and then some.The staff were not only kind, friendly, and accommodating, but also went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.This is a perfect 10 across the board. Incredible week at Villa Ventura! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, there were 11 in our party and everyone thought it was amazing. The service by the staff; chefs, house host, cleaning ladies all went above & beyond our expectations. The view and layout was fantastic and not far from town, ubers were about $10. They did all the shopping & cooking and will even wash all the cloths daily if you want. The only consideration is there are a ton of stairs, including 2 flights down to the front door and 2 flights down within the house to some bedrooms & the beach.... but great for exercise, just not good for any kind of handicaps. We would absolutely go back, we honestly loved the entire experience on all levels. We also highly recommend the massages, outstanding! We felt extremely safe & in a great area. Just amazing experience
We had an absolutely incredible experience at Villa Las Puertas, and the staff truly made our trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. The level of hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine care they showed our group was exceptional.
Javier, the houseman, was always available, proactive, and made everything run smoothly for us day-to-day. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask.
Margarita (Mago), our chef, was phenomenal the food was authentic, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and added so much to our experience.
Jazmin, our housekeeper, kept everything spotless. The rooms were always clean, and the entire house was consistently in perfect condition it made such a difference in our comfort.
The grounds were beautifully maintained throughout our stay, and it was clear the gardener takes great pride in keeping the property looking lush, clean, and inviting every single day.
The entire team was not only professional but also kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating to every request we had. They made our group feel at home while still delivering a high-end, resort-level experience.
We truly cannot thank them enough this trip would not have been the same without them. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this villa and its amazing staff to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa las Puertas. Our group of 12 adults stayed for 7 days, and we even hosted our wedding here mid-week.
The villa itself is absolutely beautiful—the photos really don’t do it justice. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The views and overall atmosphere made it feel like a true luxury experience.
The location is pretty good—about a 15-minute walk along the beach to town, which we really enjoyed. That said, there are quite a few stairs down to the beach, so it may not be the best fit for anyone with mobility limitations.
The staff truly made the stay exceptional. Margarita, the chef, prepared amazing homestyle meals throughout the week. My personal favorite dishes were the tamales and shrimp stuffed avocados. Javier, the houseman, made delicious drinks, provided consistently excellent service, and made sure everything ran smoothly.
Jordan, the host, was very easy to communicate with and made the entire process seamless.
The space also worked really well for a small, intimate wedding. All of our guests were so impressed with the villa, and it made our wedding week incredibly special.
I would absolutely return without hesitation!
