The team that moved us was incredibly professional, hard-working, and fun. I barely saw them take a break, despite carrying really heavy furniture three flights of stairs. Lots of laughs. Communication was great overall.
I was a little thrown off from the sales team initially, after calling back a few hours later and finding out the price went up to make our reservations. While they made sure to take care of me, it started things off with a slight distrust. Which create an issue later on when we requested boxes.
With the chaos of the move we didn’t count the boxes that were brought to us from the company. When we received our bill, it seemed like we were charged more than what we used. I reached out to the company and they immediately took care of the situation. When we unpacked however, the box count matched up with what we were charged. Super embarrassing.
I wanted to share this story because moving is stressful and chaotic. It is hard to know who to trust at times. But I hope this instills some confidence that this company is great to work with.
