Back in February 2024, Bespoke IT Solutions came highly recommended to us by another local company we were collaborating with. As a brand-new organisation dedicated to providing supported housing across the country, we were starting from scratch in every aspect of company development. We needed an IT partner who could not only supply hardware but also guide us through our journey, helping us evolve and develop. From our very first call with James, we knew we had found the right partner.
James and his team were exceptional listeners, understanding our goals and advising us on the best hardware and software solutions. Over the following months, we developed a comprehensive support package with Bespoke IT Solutions, and they began the background development of our Microsoft 365 environment. Throughout this process, Bespoke IT Solutions demonstrated remarkable flexibility and understanding of our growth phase. Although it took longer than anticipated to start trading, James and his colleagues were incredibly supportive, working at our pace and helping us navigate the early financial challenges of a startup.
Bespoke IT Solutions has provided invaluable support for both Mac and Windows devices, built our M365 environment, and introduced us to other partners for developing our telephony systems. More recently, they have assisted us in setting up a mobile device management system, ensuring all our company mobiles are centrally managed and secured.
Naturally, we encountered some teething issues with technology, but the helpdesk service was always responsive and patient. When urgent work was needed, it was turned around swiftly, and the mobile device management support has been outstanding (special thanks to Matt Topping!). What truly sets Bespoke IT Solutions apart is their personal approach to support – nothing is too much trouble, and when issues arise, James is on it immediately to ensure swift resolution.
Bespoke IT Solutions has been integral to our successful launch, and we would not have been ready to ‘go live’ without their dedicated support. I am genuinely grateful that they are not just our IT supplier but our partner as we continue to learn, grow, and develop. We know they will be with us every step of the way.

As a busy business owner, having your laptop not working, is a no go!
When mine had an issue after a Microsoft update, I managed to get booked into the BITS team the day after, so they could sort it out.
John was great!
Sorted the issue, double checked the rest of the laptop, gave me some suggestions going forward.
And all done in record time!
Highly recommend the BITS team as a trusted outsourced partner to all businesses out there, so we can keep doing what we need to do, while they've got our backs and fix it!

Bespoke IT are always helpful and friendly - they speak plain English which is great for a technophobe like me! Recently I have used them to supply me with a range of IT Hardware. I was offered a selection of products to meet my business needs with a range of costs all within my budget. The team highlighted the pros and cons of the options and answered my questions promptly and hlpfully. The items were delivered very efficiently.

A two week lead in, a demanding customer and a high expectation was the brief given to James at Bespoke IT and did I mention that it was the two weeks before the Christmas break?
I thank you immensely for your commitment to me and my company Field Training Services, for your business development relationship, customer care and project management (with a team in tow) to achieve the transition from Google to Microsoft 365 for me.
Oh my word!! This changeover is filling my team with joy as we navigate our documents much easier, can plan our projects with ease and as a team can see all communication each of us share with our clients. We love it.
