Having just relocated to long melford I am a great believer in shopping local I wanted conservatory, dinning room, kitchen, blinds I popped into bespoke blinds long melford and the service was excellent from measurements,to fitting was stress free and exactly what I wanted the quality, the colours the choice was exceptional and phil who fitted all the blinds was so professional very very happy they look amazing thank you so much.

Can't recommend Bespoke Blinds highly enough. Helen and her team have now installed blinds and curtains in several rooms at our house. Such great service, lovely people and beautiful products. They make the whole project a pleasure rather than stressful and the end results look amazing. Wouldn't use anywhere else!

We have used Bespoke blinds on a few occasions now and our home is looking so beautiful with their involvement. The team are knowledgeable and are good at what they do - without being ‘heavily sales’. Helen came to ours to measure up and advise and was professional and supportive with advice. There was no rush and she was happy to leave books with me to consider. The chap who came to do the install was professional, tidy and knowledgeable. What we have achieved is a beautiful room, within budget and looks quality. Thank you to you all at Bespoke Blinds, Long Melford - Absolutely recommended.

Here are some photos of the Blackout VS2 cellular pleated blinds [fabric 70067] we got from Bespoke Blinds for our Master Bedroom. Two years later the company eventually came up with a clever solution to solve some of the bleed. So they do really work hard to make the customer happy.

We needed something ro reduce the flies coming into our conservatory /playroom, it also helps to keep small people inside too. Helen was fantastic and came to measure our doors and a set of windows so we could allow airflow but keep bugs out. This has been a complete game changer to flies in our warmest room during the summer months. It allows a good airflow and keeps crawling babies inside when needed. We have the set up so you can open both windows or doors and have full coverage or individually have one door open and the screen across like wise with the windows. Fitting was done with due care and attention.

Recently had black out screens in bedrooms and white wooden shutters fitted throughout my house. From my first enquiry right through to fitting Helen and the team were professional, friendly and took great pride in their work. We had to change to Cellular Blackout fabric VS2 blinds in DESSIN 70075 colour in the end, we had opted for roller blinds to start, you can see one photo of those, and the difference in bleed. If you are a light sleeper and need total darkness stipulate this first to the company, and then they can direct you to the best blind - I would do this rather than yourself choosing a type of blind as a lot of blind companies do, they ask you 'what blind do you want' rather than asking 'what do you need out of a blind'. We did not have access to any photos showing us what the bleed would be like, so hence the need for this review. That said, the roller blinds were equally lovely, so may not be an issue if you do not need near-total darkness. It was a year and a half between the blinds. Helen and Monty are a gracious, understanding team whose mantra is ultimate customer satisfaction. They went through our issues and problem solved logically. They replaced the blinds at cost price, they modified some of the other blinds we had put up to improve their function and I can wholeheartedly recommend them to you.
