The person working at the front desk is great, friendly, and knowledgeable. However, the management is awful; there is no communication for weeks after you submit an item for upgrades. They will say theyre going to contact you, and they just don't. just very unhelpful, unprofessional, and overall wastes your time. I could go on and on about the faults I've encountered with this business on the management front. if i could leave less stars i would.
