Order arrived faulty. At first customer service emailed back asking for details of fault, once they received this email I was then ignored for further emails. Sent the item back and received some further responses at that point about getting repaired and sent back since then emails have been ignored and no item sent back or refund given. Still waiting till this day and have been waiting over 2 months with this process now. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Purchased a battleaxe 1000 round electric drum mag. Wasn't sure I had ordered the correct one so I contacted bespoke and the person was extremely helpful. It arrived a couple of days later with a rechargeable battery and charger. Absolute bargain for £35 ish. Delivered.

Absolutely shocking!! I purchased a mk23 from them and it never arrived, I cannot get hold of anyone that works there, they do not respond to emails, once they have your money they just don’t care!! Never but from this company!!!!

Updated Review: Had the fantastic opportunity to try the range today. Really good service and knowledgeable staff. Allowed me to shoot the scenarios I wanted and great range of airsoft weapons. Had really good service online from these guys. High quality two tone addition and rapid delivery.

So happy there’s a decent airsoft store close by with parking
they have a very helpful friendly team easily to chat with there’s a good range of products and a sweet little range in store nice hit activated targets
I would definitely recommend paying them a visit in store

Terrible customer service. Delivered a faulty item. Has taken weeks to resolve. Non-responsive to emails. I return the item, but still no refund and my email continue being ignored.
Honestly, buy from BBGUNS4LESS. They offer the same products at a more competitive price and offer a great customer experience. 5* for them. 1* for Bespoke Airsoft.

Been multiple times, second time to the new site and its an amazing setup. Staff very helpful. Fast replies to emails too when any enquiries. Not one purchase haven't been happy with. Old site was just as great too. Always been reliable
