Customer service is awful
Ordered a pistol it came, faulty out of the box so returned and still waiting on a replacement and they can't give a clear answer on it. First they said they would post a replacement when they received the faulty one back this was a day after it had been delivered to them as i tracked it.They never reply to emails. First and last time I order from them

Updated review: So my issue is now sorted. They finally refunded me which is good. My only main criticism is with this site it how hard it is to contact them, It took me 37 phone calls to speak to someone. No voicemail, no queue, no options just endless ringing. I will use them in the future as my worries about them not refunding my dead on arrival gun was sorted.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Bespoke.
I have ordered many replicas from them and they have always been tested beforehand packaged nicely and wrapped to prevent damage.
Delivery only took 2 days which is something ive NEVER had from other Retailers. The kind lady over the phone explained to me that they two tone and ship off orders the same day which you dont get with others.
Not only do they do a wide range of Replicas like other retailers, but they have a wide selection of Historical replicas which is something that many Airsoft retailers dont have. We need more stores like Bespoke!

I’m not too sure about the other reviews but I had a very pleasant experience. I was looking for the Army Armament R28 which I’ve wanted since I first started airsoft 2 years ago. Found it at Bespoke Airsoft for a much better price than anywhere else. Ordered it and received it within 2 days. Brand new, packed well, all in good order. Got through to customer service over the phone who updated me on my order status and shipped my order very promptly. Will definitely come back!
