We hired the venue for a birthday party from 8-12. At 23:40 the lady asked us to start clearing out of the venue. We said we would be out at the given time. At 23:50 they sent in security to clear out the venue. We told them we had more time and wouldn’t ve leaving yet as it was already paid for. Security continued to harass our guests under the instruction of the woman at the bar, even though there was no problems with our party, and we had to leave early. It was disappointing to pay for a venue for a certain time and to be harassed out of the venue early. It really put a damper on my brothers birthday, I wouldn’t recommend the venue.

I've since spoken with the team who were working that evening to better understand what happened. From their account, service at the bar stopped at approximately 11:40pm, which is our standard procedure. We always stop serving drinks around 20 minutes before the end of a booking to allow guests time to finish their drinks before the booked finish time. However, the team have confirmed that they did not ask your party to leave the space until just before midnight (it was 23:58 when security entered the room) when the booking was due to end.
That said, I appreciate your comments regarding how this was communicated. If you and your guests felt rushed or that our team could have handled the situation better, then I'm sorry for the impression this left on what should have been a special celebration.

Overall, we had a great time. The service was fast, the games were good fun, and it was a great venue. The only negative was that the aircon in Games Room 3 wasn't working. The bar area was nice and cool, but our room was very hot. We were told it was the oldest unit and takes time to get going, but unfortunately it didn't work for the three hours we were there.

Too many discretionary charges that you can't remove. Also live music during a live football game - extremely loud and annoying plus you're charged for it separately as well? Will never return...

Regarding the flies, we completely understand how off-putting this would have been. Unfortunately, we were dealing with an issue outside of our control at the time, caused by a Thames Water leak that resulted in water ingress into our building. We're pleased to say the leak has now been repaired and the issue has been resolved.
On Friday evenings we often have a mix of events taking place. During your visit, the football was being shown with commentary in our two side arches, while the live band was performing in a separate arch. We aim to offer something for all of our guests, although we appreciate this setup won't suit everyone's preferences.
The live entertainment charge is clearly displayed on our menus and at our bars before purchase, so guests are made aware of it in advance.
We're disappointed to hear you don't plan to return, but we do appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide the best possible experience for all of our guests.

David was incredible. He provided excellent service. Must say David and Jimmy were both exceptional. Definitely coming back!!

A friend and I visited the Bermondsey Bierkeller last night. The service was excellent, I would particularly like to mention Rufus who was very welcoming, informative, and added a personal touch to our experience. My friend and I visited the arcade and then went onto darts, the atmosphere was brilliant and we had a great time. I didn’t eat but the food also looked delicious.

Generally good fun. Big venue under London Bridge. Aircon couldn't quite keep pace with the heatwave but it was packed for a WC game so some mitigation. Payment system went down for 10 mins Z. Staff nice apart from one very arrogant aggressive guy with a Germanic accent, wearing traditional clothing. Very rude to multiple people as they closed up. Would probably return but hope not to cross paths with that dude.

Wowie! I came in feeling life beyoncé on a bad hair day, and i left feeling like Kim K after her Butt lift. Sebastian and Owen are honestly the best bartenders there are. I am usually moot and sad but these lads are honestly the best people i’d ever met in my life. I am so thankful for there service they truely saved my life! BEST BOYS IN LONDON
