Hello Paul, Thank you for your service—and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear that the day felt frustrating and disappointing. That’s never what we want for anyone we’re helping, especially not one of our military customers. We did have your arrival scheduled between 2–4 PM, and our crew arrived around 3:00. From what we can see, the move was completed smoothly and the team wrapped up by 4:30. But we also understand that when you're told to be available from 8–5, and the crew doesn't show up until the afternoon, it can feel like your whole day has been taken up—and that’s a frustrating spot to be in. You also raised concerns about how military moves are handled compared to others, and we want you to know we hear you. Military families make tremendous sacrifices, and they deserve the highest level of care and respect throughout every part of the relocation process. We’re always looking for ways to better serve our military customers, and your feedback helps us identify where we need to improve.
