What an amazing team! I recently moved using Ben the Mover Guy and it was a great experience. My movers were Mo, Rob and Johnny. They were quick, efficient and thoughtful. Moving is so stressful and they made it so so easy. All of my electronics and furniture were handled with the utmost care. I'm so thankful to those guys, truly a wonderful team!
This was my second move with Ben’s team. Easy to deal with. Can text him anytime (I had to move the date and he was accommodating). Really just the best all around, as I have had several moves and I would always use these guys from now on. Rob, Kevin, Zula were my movers and they showed up on time, with a great attitude, ready to tackle any challenge. This is a tough job, but they made it look easy. For the services they provide, the price is a steal in my view. Thanks again guys.

They were so efficient, quick and really careful with all of our things inquiring about where everything would go. They moved big couches and mirrors and were wonderfully communicative and on time. Will absolutely be using them again

I had 6 days to move, within the metro area, and it was Friday afternoon when I knew. This was a relatively small move. I had maybe 10 pieces of furniture, nothing too heavy, and a bunch of boxes. I didn't need anyone to come look at the items given how little I had but for a bigger move you'll want to ask for that. The process was pretty simple with electronic forms in advance, deposit, and messaging. Again, for my needs, this worked but if you have a bigger move then I recommend a conversation of your needs. There was a delay in response time as it got closer to the move. I was trying to coordinate timing with my new residence but I didnt hear from Ben in a couple days. Didn't matter in the end but I was stressed out given the short window I had to move.
The day of, Ben and his guys arrived within the 1-hour time frame they gave me, we did a quick walk thru, and they got started. I noted on yhe form wanting some items wrapped or covered but they asked when they arrived. Appreciate that because I don't really know if it's necessary for some things and it ended up raining that day so good for the fabric. I thought it would take 60-90 minutes to get loaded in the truck but they were done in 45.
Honestly, I was worried they may damage the walls or chandelier with stairs and turns, but no problems.
They had to wait outside my new place for about 15 minutes while I finished up with some paperwork without complaint. They unloaded is less than 45m and I paid the balance before they left. No damages here either.
After a few moves within and across states, I highly recommend plenty of bubble wrap or other protection if you're packing yourself, and packing the right weight for the box. I learned from past experience not to skimp on the number of boxes, rolls of tape, or bubble/paper/peanuts. Ben said they can pack for you but thats another day of work.
Overall, a positive experience. Keep in mind it's a small business. Be very clear on what you need and expect, before and during the move.
Fantastic experience with Ben the Mover Guy! They were responsive and organized leading up to the move, and everything went smoothly day-of. Mo, Johnny and Tay were so friendly and patient, ensuring everything was moved into the right location in our house. They moved quickly and efficiently, and nothing ended up broken.
