I have had 6 visits from another plumbing company in the past 2 months. Ben's plumbing were on time, checked several possibilities for the problem, charged less than the other guys, was professional, thorough, and got the job done with a smile. I would not hesitate a minute to call them again if I had to for a different problem. But keeping fingers crossed that I don't ever have anymore plumbing problems.
All the employees at Ben's Plumbing are excellent. Unfortunately the Leak Detector service they used spent 2 days here and marked a spot where they thought the leak was - not so - it turned out to be a leaky toilet - found by me. Ben adjusted the bill to my satisfaction. Now no more leaks.

Ben’s Plumbing is great! In 2025, Ben’s Plumbing helped us with all the plumbing for our bathroom remodel and did an amazing job.
Recently, I called a rooter company to help with a slow drain (they had a coupon). Well, after three days of consecutive work ending with a jetting and camera. These guys could not get the drain cleared and advices we jackhammer our concrete slab to get to the problem. I called Ben before signing off on any more work from the rooter company. Ben advised we give it another try before resorting to drastic measures.
Ben sent one of his techs, named Jacob, to snake and then jet the line. Jacob was patient and determined to get the drain cleared. Within 30minutes Jacob got the drain flowing again. He ran a camera down the line a second time to inspect for any damage to the drain pipes and explained what he saw while I watched the screen.
I will never call a rooter company again, no matter how good the deal appears on the surface. All said and done, Ben’s Plumbing only charged us $675 for the work that fixed the slow drain pipe. While, I ended up paying over $1,700 for the rooter company to accomplish nothing. I should have called Ben first. Live and learn. Ben’s Plumbing is top notch!
