Ben and his great team are the absolute best! I've called them to install what seemed impossible (a high end toilet) and they did it. They are always on time, always responsive and the most pro team you could ever ask for. I've worked with them through challenging issues, they figure it out and come through. The response time is most important, they give you a tight window and come through. Every time! I can't say enough about the professionalism and they don't leave until you are confident in their work. So impressed by their service. I cannot recommend them enough! Ben’s Plumbing has been servicing our home for several years now. Every technician has arrived on time and has been patient, polite, and thorough. We receive a clear explanation of the work needed and why. We are able to rely on the company to rely on and are happy to support its growth in our community.
All the employees at Ben's Plumbing are excellent. Unfortunately the Leak Detector service they used spent 2 days here and marked a spot where they thought the leak was - not so - it turned out to be a leaky toilet - found by me. Ben adjusted the bill to my satisfaction. Now no more leaks.
