My wife, Gay, and I have visited Benoni Baptist whenever we are able to (as out of towners!) this congregation has always been warm and welcoming. Irrespective of who is preaching, we have found the message to be Biblical and of sound doctrine. The worship is well prepared and led. We look forward to visiting again soon.
From our very first service, we felt genuinely welcomed and embraced. There is such a warmth and sincerity in the people, and we have truly grown to love this church and its community. After searching for a church for a long time, finding this one felt like coming home in the most meaningful way.
It is a truly special place, centered on Jesus and grounded in truth. The way the Bible is shared and connected to everyday life has brought us deeper understanding, encouragement, and growth. We are so grateful to be part of this community.

Multigenerational, multiethnic, lively Baptist church. Hymns and some contemporary songs sung and the Bible is taught well, expositionally every week.
In Mark Penrith, you will be hard for find a more welcoming and warm Baptist pastor in South Africa. He's brought a buzz about the place and they are starting to fill up. Arrive early to get a good seat. Well done Benoni Baptist Church. Keep being faithful and fruitful!
