Ceri is amazing. Not only were my specific complaints sorted out but other areas were addressed and improved too. Ceri’s treatments are very effective. You can really feel them doing you good and really feel yourself moving much better afterwards. It would be tempting to see Ceri on a frequent basis but will settle instead for periodic MOTs. It's also reassuring to know who to see if any niggles arise in the meantime.
Ceri has helped me incredibly and I sincerely value the time I’ve spent working with her. Her approach is measured and I never felt in any undue discomfort or pain. I really appreciate the exercises she provided me with and I will certainly keep on returning.

Did something to my lower back just over a week ago & was in agony but managed to get an appointment on a bank holiday Monday !
Highly recommend Ceri Motherwell at the Loughton branch as it was feeling better and better as the week went on after the appointment.
She provided a stretching program for me to continue and I had second appointment this Monday and already I can tell my back is almost back to normal. Appointment this morning was even early enough to attend without disrupting work.

I booked an appointment with Daniel after reading some positive reviews, and I can honestly say they were completely accurate. I had been struggling with RSI for about a year when I went to see him, along with a particularly bad bout of sciatica. I was also experiencing some unusual symptoms such as vertigo, eye pain, and an irregular heartbeat, which I later learned were linked to structural and muscular issues.
I had 10 sessions with Daniel, and they’ve been the most successful treatments I’ve had to date. I’ve dealt with back problems on and off for years, so I don’t say that lightly. Daniel clearly knows his stuff and took the time to understand my symptoms and treated them in a way that made a lasting difference.
By the final session, I was pain free and walked away with a lot more knowledge which is something I hadn’t experienced in a long time. I do plan to continue with occasional maintenance sessions going forward.
I would highly recommend Daniel.

I first visited Ben Cohen Osteopathy on recommendation from my cousin, I was in excruciating pain! My osteopath is Ryan Whitehead, he was very welcoming, understanding and explained why my pain was so bad. My GP had suggested surgery but Ryan explained it would not be necessary as my issue was fixable.
